Puncture free tyres

I heard recently that you can get someone to pump a special liquid into your tyres to prevent flats...

anyone know anything more?

it's called concrete.

the liquid comes in a can and is used for temporary use to get you to a repairer of you puncture.

Dunlop do a tyre called "Run-Flat" which means when you get a puncture you can still drive on the tyre for a bit, but only at a slow speed, especially round corners.

I think you might be thinking of foam inserts they use in rallying? - a puncture on the outside of the tire (not the sidewall) wont affect the tyre ussually.
