After much discussion with our peers. We came up with this definition.

Psy is the robot language; Robots talking whilst tearing stuff.

"I have tried to come up with a definite defining definitinon for the robot language and I don't think I can. It is so incredibly diverse, and doesn't follow any strict rules or definite structure… It can be interpreted in completely different ways by each listener. It can be interpreted completely differently by the same listener on different occasions… I am always finding new and different 'songs' (or 'levels' of robotic communication) hidden in tracks that I have heard many times before…

The Robot Language - layered, driving, kooky, dark, unexplainable, funny, serious, hypnotic, running, fell over, haha! tricked you.. still going, running, machine, rolling, insect, unpredictable, what? exactly" (S Vai et al 2005)
