proxy through home?

If someone wanted to use a home proxy on a windows xp box what are the options?

ie - set proxy to a dyndns address so that web traffic is to/from one ip address (at a time).

authentication a must.

RDP is an option but looking for other options first.

ps I have done something similar with a vm running a linux firewallproxy but would prefer something windows based.
