That latest cd you did with Kurt didnt do it for me, all you guys seem to play when im around is tech and minimal. I know both of you are much better than that Smile I look forward to some driving prog in the near future then - maybe you can come up to the radio like the old days?

I love the tech stuff thats coming through atm. The way diggers fussed prog/tech on Transitions 4 was awesome imo (without using overkill with Mark Mendes, D-Nox & Beckers and Lutzenkirchen templates) There is so much good music out there in alot of different genres.

Sounds also change with time so change with them or be left behind.

Heres a few that are floating my boat....

Matteo Matteini & Sara Galli - Confident (Matteo Matteini & Sara Galli Mix) (Deep House)
Soliquid - Piknic Bugz (Gone Wild Mix) (Tech/Electro)
Kasey Taylor - Peaches (Original Mix) (Progressive)
Christian Smith and John Selway - Total Departure (Original Mix) (Techno)
Scope - Feelings (Original Mix) (House/Deep House)

I'll come up to the radio Risky but not gunna play old school prog unless you say its a classics show Razz

Jaytech & Matt Rowen - Spin Cycle (Curvve)

Agreed, all of these are great. There's a great variety of sounds coming out at the moment, don't really see much of a reason to complain. That Smith & Selway tune will destroy dancefloors! Can't wait to hear it out on a big system.

BTW I think there is still plenty of good progressive coming out at the moment. Maybe not all "trance" but good prog never the less.

Check out:
Federico Epis - Silver Chordz
Steve Mill - Lia
Micah - Traffic Gems (Steve Mill mix)
Subsky - Piano Piano
Pole Folder - Mona Kea (Human Adams mix)
Sultan/Nic Sheppard - Eye Spy (classic trancey vibes here)
Paul Kieran - Envy
Eelke Kleijn - Lost And Confused (Ben Brown mix)
Anything by Jerome Isma-Ae

To name but a few...

Already got it!!

you dont have to play old skool prog, play what you like. Jesse came up last night and gave me a cd chocka full of mean driving prog trance a-la "2002 astral" and all new stuff....
Maybe im stuck in my ways buit im just not feeling the new wave of electro and minimal. Maybe i need to get into psy-trance Laughing

I also had a listen to transitions 3 the other day, and it was Digweeds poorest effort yet IMHO.

Ok sweet bruv hook me up.

Check out Moshic's new album. Not really my cup of tea but plenty of driving prog trance on there.

Iv recently discovered there is FUCK loads of prog trance under the psytrance umbrella. I find alot of it quite generic and a bit to serious sounding, although the prduction is often really crisp and it sounds good on a quality + big system

Prog psytrance cats are still putting alot of stuff on CD available via psyshop etc.

Yeah I used to listen to quite a bit of that prog psy trance stuff but a lot of it just sounds a little too dry and boring to me. Nice clean sound but as you say, generic sounding for the most part.
