The sky's the limit with Reason!

Dunno if I'd go that far... the sky's the limit with Logic Audio and Reaktor maybe... but reason is a good basic package.

hmmm logic 5 on windows 2000 rocks - doesnt crash ever

Logic Audio.. still trying to figure most of it out...

Logic Audio baffles me to death... I just don't have the time to learn it proper like...

The Rock Shop is holding an information clinic on Logic Audio 5 and the new Logic Control in early April.

Cauld - true, Reaktor is a lot more creative than Reason but it's a bugger trying to get your head around the intricacies of the program!

Reaktor requires an electronic engineering degree to operate.

I think once you've got the basics down in Logic you can just pick stuff up as you go along.

Hanging out for Absynth for PC - reckon' it sounds beter than Reaktor and is so much easier to use. Also their new FM7 synth sounds great.

So has anyone got anything online that they've done we can have a listen to? Maybe cauld could put 'em on Progressive NZ.

Reason, Logic Audio, VST32 (yes it does have some good things) and a bunch of big dirty synths ...

Definately go to a Rock shop info clinic - I went to one about 2 years ago and learnt heaps!! - then you just pick up the rest as you go along. Its more about understanding how everything ties together within the environment...which they normally cover really well at The Rockshop clinics..

Yeah, that environment window takes a little getting used to - expands the versatility of Logic though. Looking forward to asking a few questions at the information clinic!
