Well for those who're prepared to walk away from their ICL commitments at least. Will be very interesting to see if NZ waive the cooling period too!

im so sick of all this ICL vs IPL/BCCI shit

and now there is this USA league coming up as well. Wonder how the BCCI will screw them over!

BTW on topic I see no reason why NZ won't waive the one year? cooling period. Its in their best interest.
