how are they compared with "ye old faithfull" denon 2500f's ??

I use the Stanton CD mixers at the club I DJ at, very nice to use, similar to Denons.

Um.. I think I've only used the 500's ??

I like the loop function! very cool. And the jog sure make it easier to use.

numark do a nice CDJ ... same as the denons but with all the programming and build in sampler

If denons were your grandmas old turntable, then these would be technics 1200's...

They iz well wikid...

They have 3 hot cue points, so as well as having seamless looping you can set multiple cues on the fly. Not just on one track either, you can jump to a cue on any track instanly. In effect it is like a sampler.

on (i hate to not back Denon - i have history)
check the latest Numark players - well featured
and now also featuring a midi out socket! Just
plug in yer drum machine/sampler/whatever
and your away! Too cool.

Im still waiting for that on a mixer for a poor
turntable player like me

Who would you kill? I am sure we could come to an arrangement as the Cdj1000's have a stop button.
You can set how quickly you stop it as well, so it sounds just like turning off a 1200..

Midi out sounds good though.

oh right. Sorry i was confused with the CDJ-100

Three hot cue points sounds the go.. Means you can be pretty flexible with your looping and all huh?.. Pity their nearly $2000 each
