Photoshop

I need some help with this damn program -- I know it's probably great etc. but I need a little training on it -- anyone know any good online courses etc or anything?

Or even know enough about it to give me a hand with it??

This may sound dopey, but make sure you know what its used for, and when a different application is more appropriate. I'm quite happy to shed some light.
