I love the fact that on 021 you can dial one number and speak to a real person pretty much straight away & get any problems sorted.

If you encounter a problem on 025 or 027 it is such a hassle to try & sort it out.

Its good to see that their handset range is increasing... I have no doubt that the recent agreement with Sprint US will see some more capable handsets that can compete on Telecom.
