Right, Dance Pills:
Lots of things have been said in this thread, some true, some not, some just wrong. Excuse the spelling, im bored, and writing this for some reason (Jono). This guide in NO way supports the use of dance pills, you getting them (If your under 18 ) is ILLEGAL (If it has any BZP in it at least).
Chemicals:
BZP (Benzylpiperazine)
Originally created as a substitue for P (Methamphetamine) this is generally the main active ingredient in dance pills. Has similar affects to P or Speed (Amphetamines) but requires much higer levels to give the same effect (Studies using known amphetamine/methamphetamine addicts showed that 100mg BZP was not distinguishable from 7.5 mg of amphetamine.) Often given as a standalone substance in party pills.
TFMPP (Trifluromethylphenylpiperazine)
Originally created as a product to be taken in conjunction with MDA (Methylenedioxyamphetamine) or MDMA (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine). The psychoactive effect caused by a dose taken of TFMPP is sometimes described as being somewhere between empathogens such as MDMA and entheogens such as psilocybin, mescaline, or LSD. In a large percentage of takers, will/can cause nausea and vomiting (does in me anyway). Generally included as a part of a piperazine blend in the "trippy' party pill variants. It's uncommon to find only TFMPP in a party pill.
mCPP (m-Chlorophenylpiperazine)
Rare in NZ. Don't, just dont. Ever.
FP ("Flippiperazine")
Obviously not its real chemical name, instead the promotional name used by the producers, correct formula is unknown at this time as it is propitary. Used in the newest release of party pills ("Mash"), gives a mild psychedelic effect, a nice buzz. Said to be more similar to MDMA and MDA than TFMPP. All the emotional effects and none of the charge. It's more likely to cause nasuea, vomiting and headaches than TFMPP.
Laws:
Under the Misuse of Drugs Act (1975) with the 2005 Amendmant, BZP is classed as a "Restricted" substance in Schedule 4. Supplying or selling to people under the age of 18 is illegal. TFMPP, mCPP and FP are as of yet not classed, but if STANZ (Social Tonics Association of New Zealand) is successful they will soon be listed "Restricted".
To the best of my knowledge this information is all correct, feel free to point out where/if im wrong Smile
Will try and keep this updated as things develop
