Lead Events and Smirnoff invite you to take a breathless journey into the deep this coming August as Oxygen returns once more to Auckland.

Join us in celebration as we commemorate 5 years of Oxygen events with all the colour, festivity and excitement you’ve come to expect. Your journey begins at 10pm as we chart course and set sail for an evening of extravagance and adventure in a fun-filled, safe environment.

Our seasoned crew members will be appropriately attired for cruising and our passengers are encouraged to dress up for the voyage also.

Taking the helm in the OXYGEN ROOM, we feature talented local DJs:
Kurt Erickson, Mike V, Sample Gee, Astral, Claude Sabatier & Darren Knight, Mc Energy & Deepan, Grant Robertson & Tom Barnett.

This Oxygen will commemorate 5 years of the party. As the brand started out so long ago with all locals, this line up reflects all that have been apart of the event. We also celebrate the revival of the party under new management. Your support now will help us bring you more high calibre artists such as Above and Beyond in the future.

Just out of curiousity you are looking at keeping an existing brand alive and yet going back to its origins. Would it not have been simpler to just start a new brand?
Having Chem last weekend isn't the best timing but paying $25 vs $50 for a local lineup seems a little more reasonable.
Heres hoping you get what you need to bring the intls next time. I hear armin is in melbs around nye.....

I'm pretty sure Oxygen always had at least one internation on the lineup. I don't recall an all local oxygen, in Auckland anyway.

I might be wrong though

They'll be hoping to do an international in the future

This is what I based that on, I had thought of Chem as the "traditonal locals event" though.

Its been awhile since I did two nights out in a row (for good reason), but we may make the effort nonetheless

Oxygen will return to business as usual with Internationals in the future. Our locals are awesome anyway.
