personally i reckon loud music ain't meant for OTC,its a lounge bar,so you need to be able to talk to the person next to you without shouting...theres a fine line between gettin the bass nicely booming yet still not have it a full nightclub 115db kinda levels.
its a real nice place i hope it sticks around.
