Odd red light under steering wheel

Ok so went to back out of the driveway last night, found an intermittant red light right under the steering wheel, like pretty much flashing on my feet.

Is this (and I can only guess as I havent has a good look under there) something to do witrh the fact that a week ago my rear right reverse light went out?

Any ideas here? It's a weird one I tell ya. Almost like some connection has fallen off and the light isnt functioning properly.

I have a Nissan Cefiro 2.5L, 1995.

Don't worry all, I found outr what it was....it's to do weith my car alarm, it's the tilt sensor....and it actually doesn't need fixing....*whew*
