True, true, its a balancing act, I'd still take a Vtec over a Mivec, Both my parents have Vtecs, really good cars for what they are. And there are plenty of places that do really good quality turbo upgrades hahaha

The only thing I dislike about Honda's is that most are Front wheel drive, for racing is a bit pointless, the last time I was at Taupo track I was watching the SS2000 series, there happened to be a couple of turbo civics and its was wheel spin, understeer city, absolutly no traction comming off the hair pin unsteering all over the show, good fun but Cool I wouldn't mind a S2000 though, NA with a 9 grand rpm limit, can get an easy 400BHP with a turbo upgrade and they handle really good.

Yeah i have to agree with that, but turbo fwd is never a good idea. Get an integra type r, tuned to about 200hp @ the wheels, and it will cane on the track. You have to remember that a track spec civic weighs under a 1000kg, so its useless in terms of track use to turbo it and crank it up to 400hp.

On new years day I was again in Taupo at the track with a few of the boys, watching the SS2000 (the weather was crap and we were keen to watch whatever was going) Again watching the SS2000 and I agree about the Integra, there was an Integra absolutly cleaning up in second place nothing could touch it... having said that in FIRST place was an RX7 with a 12APP that ate absolutly everything, nothing could come close let alone pass... go the rotor!
