Nuts n Bolts are the newest Hard Dance Label to hit Wellington. Crashing head first into our capitals exclusive Hard Dance scene early 2006 their DJ’s have taken Wellington by storm. Anyone who has been to a Nuts n Bolts event has witnessed the explosiveness our DJ’s perform with.
Nuts n Bolts Events are not simply Hard Dance, starting the evening with Tough Edged House & Electro then moves through the genres to Uplifting Trance, Hard Trance, Hard House & NRG.
So get ready as Nuts n Bolts celebrate their first birthday with Future Resonance( Deigo Mejier & Pequire) from Auckland and Wellingtons favorite Hard Dance DJ Chaomain.
Chaomain
A name that is synonymous with the New Zealand Hard Dance scene is Chaomain. Through unforgettable sets, Chaomain has built up a rock-solid reputation which has seen him supporting the biggest names in the world and headlining parties in Auckland, Christchurch, Timaru and his home city Wellington.
As one of the founding members of the Horny Toad Crew, Chaomain has extended his popularity through several residencies including Wellingtons famous Tatou. Through his regular sets and a weekly radio show on Firm FM he quickly established himself as one of the most respected DJ’s in the hard dance scene today.
He was quickly signed up as one of the Scope DJ’s (the first Wellington resident) and continued to run parties in Wellington combining the Horny Toad and Decadance brands.
During this time he supported international stars such as Ilogik, Paul Janes, Dave Randall and Tara Reynolds and it was his traditional “Last Sets†that kept the clubbers glued to the floor right till the very end of the night!
Today, Chaomain’s name guarantees an audience. His explosive tunes and incredible mixing locks the crowd to the floor, more like a performance rather than a set.
Deigo Mejier
Auckland Based local future DJ hero born in Pisa, Italy. He spent his childhood not only in Italy but in Holland, Germany, India and Thailand.
Even as a young child Deigo showed an immense interest in electronic music. At the early age of 13 he was already promoting Superstar DJ’s such as Mario Pui, Mauro Picotto and Francesco Farfa. Four years ago Deigo decided to pack his bags and left Europe for good to move to New Zealand where he has already made a mark on the scene by playing at every major city in the country.
You can expect Deigo to play the most uplifting sounds available on the market. Inspired by Armin van Buren, K90, Lee Haslam Stoneface & Terminal and Mauro Picotto. His sets are always fresh and pumping with melodic elements crashing his way into the Nuts n Bolts 1st Birthday DJ line up.
