Greg Churchill
“ One of the best producers I’ve heard in the 21st Century†– Carl Cox
Voted NZ’s #1 DJ no less than five times in a row, Greg Churchill is undoubtedly the Godfather of the New Zealand House scene. Starting out almost 20 years ago in what was then a very sleepy Christchurch, Greg’s talents both behind the decks and in the studio have cemented his worldwide reputation and lead to the planets biggest names in dance music
tipping their hats to Mr. Churchill’s distinctive dirty house sound.
Greg’s first release on Darren ‘Underworld’ Emerson’s legendary label enjoyed a total of 4 weeks in the UK Top 100 Pop charts, a feat only equaled by two other NZ based local artists, Concord Dawn and OMC, as well
as peaking at #3 in the German Club charts. Greg’s “Midas Touch†continued with his follow up “Infused Trash†featuring on Slinky’s Trans Atlantik mix cd and receiving plays from Progressive legends like Sasha and Digweed to Carl Cox and even Anne Savage! The accolades continued to flood in with
his Gung Ho release being picked up by MTV Europe, Radio 1 and ultimately signed to Ministry of Sounds 15th Year Anniversary compilation. This lead to Ministry of Sound approaching Greg to mix their latest mix series which went on to become compilation of the month in DJ Magazine.
With a debut artist album scheduled for release mid 2008 and annual trips to the UK and Australia this veteran of forward thinking sound shows no signs of slowing, come and find out why Greg Churchill is NZ’s #1 DJ.

North Shore Stadium and rocked it to over 5 thousand sun baked beat freaks on two occasions at the Auckland bFM Summer Series.
Timmy holds down a residency with Auckland’s bFM radio and has supported such acts as Adam Freeland, Freq Nasty, Rennie Pilgrem, Freestlyers, Stanton Warriors, Krafty Kuts, Tayo, Breakfastaz, Aquasky and even Moby!
