The First NRGIZE EVENT of 2007!

Now in its 5th year Nrgize is firmly established as one of Christchurch’s most forward thinking, harder edged electronic music events.
In 2006 we brought you some of the worlds best breaks, psy trance and hard dance musicians like The Rogue Element, Nick Sentience and James Lawson to name a few, all of which sold out before the gig!!

2007 will be no different with a number of big name artists already locked in for their Christchurch debut, as well as the Nrgize DJ Competition beginning in early February. Our first 07 event sees NZ's favourite home grown legends return as well as the highly anticipated debut of one of London’s most sought after hard trance producers.

Before Technikal was old enough to even go to a club he was rated second best producer of the year at the 2005 Hard Dance Awards…the winner that year was BK.

Needless to say this production genius has gone on to literally conquer the hard dance world…and he’s only 19 years old.
With remix work, collaborations and releases with the biggest and best such as Lisa Lashes, Nick Sentience, Steve Hill, Phil Reynolds, Tidy Trax and Nukleuz its not surprising he’s now getting booked to play the worlds biggest festivals and clubs and his production talents are now in high demand.
Creamfields, The Impulz Festival, Heat, The Tidy Weekender as well as the worlds biggest dance music event “Dance Valley” in Holland have all witnessed Technikal’s hard trance wizardry and now its Christchurch’s turn to see and hear his debut at Nrgize this Friday February 9th.

Extensive touring throughout the country over the last 2 years has cemented Terry Whizz and Ryan Tregurtha as the most popular act in the NZ Hard Dance scene.
Whether it be rocking the main room at Godskitchen alongside Eddie Halliwell or ripping it up at an underground sweat box, High Dosage will always deliver.

Returning to Nrgize after more than a year the boys are ready to show off some of their new productions forthcoming on their new label Katipo Records.

Katipo Records is NZ’s first exclusive hard dance record label run by the High Dosage boys, and is set to push NZ hard dance to the world!
The first release is set to be distributed worldwide in the beginning of 2007, and further releases will showcase the latest tracks from High Dosage and other top producers from NZ and around the world.

We will be celebrating the release of Katipo 001 with vinyl giveaways on the night, so come and support the boys and become a part of NZ hard dance history!
