Not paying for public parking

It seems to amuse my fellow passengers when I get out of a car and dont go and pay for public parking.

I will never pay for public parking, much the same as I will never pay Maori's to go on a public beach.

Exactly, isn't ACT all about user pays? Thus you should be opting to park in private pay and displays even when free public parking is available.
