The boss of nos website is run by kiwis and they are good people, so I prefer to support them if ever I indulge...

If anyone is considering purchasing from Boss of Nos I would highly advise not to trust this bunch of clowns at all.

Our order didn’t show up on the day it should have and after an initial reply (where we were promised it would be there the following week) they have ignored all further enquiries. Needless to say the order didn’t show up the following week, and it never has since.

I will now have to lodge a dispute through Paypal to try and get the money back. Cunts.

Well we contacted PayPal to lodge our dispute and they gave us an actual contact number for Boss of Nos! (would have been nice if this was on the Boss of Nos website lol) So we gave the number a call to try and find out what the heck was going on.

The guy on the other end was pleasant enough but he claimed to have never received any of our emails and also he couldn’t explain why our order was never sent. Anyway he promised it would be sent immediately - and it was, the package was waiting for me when I got home the next day.

I’m really not sure what conclusions to draw from this… either a genuine fuckup of epic proportions, or these guys were simply taking the piss. Either way, if you have any problems with these guys, forget email, get the number off PayPal and ring them.

Since trapper has decided not to share the phone number i have done some further investigation.

It looks like on the 1st of august they made some changes to there domain name and fucked it up majorly.

This has disabled all mail to @bossofnos.com.
All orders placed on the internet goto enquires@bossofnos.com ( i assume, as that is there contact email address on the website )
So basically they are not getting the confirmation emails from customers ?


So trapper how about being a good sport and post that phone number up here so we can see if we can get it sorted out.

I've been having the same trouble with boss of nos, can't get a reply out of em. Spoke to paypal and they won't give me a phone number because of the data protection act. How did you get hold of it? Any chance of letting us know. Getting a bit tired of seeing each day go by without my goods.

I spoke with my bossofnos friend and he said they had some major hassles with their website etc...
I have his number, and if anyone is still having issues, they can PM me and I will give it. I am sure he won't mind as he is keen to sort out any hassles people are having.

Hey there new user here.. well we'll know 4 sure if the boss is worth it or not cus ive got a delivery due today which i placed on wednesday..

If I had seen this thread I prob wouldnt have even used that site, ive got a gathering tonight its ment to be for and I just got a bad feeling I mite be letdown by bad service .. but lets hope not!!

..oh yeh I didnt use pay-pal either as they posted that they were having problems with it on there site.. which could explain a few thigs.. but i guess we'll see..

Strange that paypal isn’t giving it out anymore considering they gave it to me. Maybe you need to say that you want to lodge a dispute before they are allowed to give the contact details out?
