I reckon. They are townhouses, not apartments, in an awesome location, they are well sized and beautifully appointed (been in one). $1.1m isn't particularly expensive for that kind of property (although in saying that, this one has been on the market for a while).

Edit: not to forget, double grammar zone, that's probably easily worth $100k there.

Old people bullshit innit. One I looked in was furnished in that style, but without all the clutter from bullshit trinkets, and it was actually really nicely done. Not my cup of tea, but still nice.

I agree the price is a bit expensive. I would have thought 8-9 price range.. and even that seems expensive.

Yeah they are nice places alright, 3 bedroom + Study plus double garage + storage.

I know a couple that live in one.

Would be a pretty handy place to live with easy access to public transport and everything (including the domain) a short walk away.
