Thanks man. Yeah it's weird, I've been buying a ton of minimal, tech house and techno of late but I end up with a mix 90% full of prog house

Yeah it's a bit of an "oldie" but certainly a goodie.

Bah! its only trainspotters that get caught up with age... ask any club dj, some tunes last for years if they arent thrashed week in week out. I only make 1 disc a year (double) so its full of old stuff by the time i get it done, which should be in a couple of weeks...

This is crazy (or maybe not) but I try to keep up with a big of 'prog' prog and I haven't heard a single one of those tunes above.

I love how there is so much good music coming out these days - so much so that you can hear a guy playing roughly the same genre and not know a single tune. Bet the funky housers don't have that problem.

Hey I haven't bought a new tune in almost a week!

You are right though, I buy a ton of new music and I still can't keep up with all of the decent stuff coming out. I often find myself hearing a wicked tune on someone's mix and then going online to check it out only to find it was released months ago and slipped right under my radar.

Thats nothing, i just bought my first load in over a month! Must have bought about 30 tunes. Whats the bet not even half of them get played?
