New Outkast is out...

Double cd, theres bound to be some good and some bad on here....

Anyone else checked it?

Nah, havent got round to hearing it yet, but I'm well keen to.
Outkast have to be one of the most consistant groups in hip hop, not many people can release 5 critically aclaimed albums in a row.

andre 3000 - spread are cool
but I will have 2 give the rest a good listen[I think it will grow on me]

The first single is nuts! I'd love to hear in the context of a hip-hop set. You know it's gonna be a big radio hit, that's for sure...

The track with Jay Z is mean
And of course 'hey ya'

After a few listens I don't think its quite as good as 'Aquemini', too many interludes and weaker tracks on it.. As good/better than stankonia for me though..

Cant really rate LoveBoxx yet as my love affair with Atliens & Aquemini still stands strong ... some of the tracks are phat, some i can do without

i love the way dre has gone all freaky deeky styles - a bit more truer to his crazu nature than in the last coupla albums - definitely dig big bois jams a wee bit more - darker heavier yadda yadda yadda
i guess tha lads had more freedom of expression in Love Boxx and it fully shows in the diverse range of choons

i dont understand hey ya or why or how someone in their right mind could like it
but outkast in general are good so im sure the album will be worth listening to.
