With a huge buzz building over the summer and growing BBC Radio 1 support, <b>Above & Beyond and Gareth Emery pres. OceanLab ‘On A Good Day (Metropolis)’</b> will see a full commercial release on 31st October on vinyl, CD and download.

One of the most timeless <b>Above & Beyond</b> productions to date, <b>OceanLab’s ‘On A Good Day’</b> originally featured on the 2008 LP <b>‘Sirens Of The Sea’</b> and has remained a fans’ favourite ever since, accumulating over 2.5million views on YouTube. Receiving a second lease of life when its vocals were combined with <b>Gareth Emery’s ‘Metropolis’</b> by <b>Myon & Shane 54</b>, the track has taken on a life of its own. When a crowd of 10,000 people sang along at this year’s <a href="http://www.youtube.com/aboveandbeyondtv#p/a/u/2/c_pSSWMldnE">Global Gathering </a>and the track started picking up daytime radio support, it was clear that the song had crossover appeal.

Tapping into the vocal’s narrative of triumph over adversity, the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/aboveandbeyondtv#p/a/u/0/d6m1XZzXCa4">official music video</a> centres on the story of Detroit’s Georgia Street Community Collective, and their drive to regenerate the city’s derelict buildings and transform them into urban farms and community gardens. <b>Above & Beyond and Gareth Emery pres. OceanLab ‘On A Good Day (Metropolis)’</b> will be released on Sunday 31st October, the night of <b>Above & Beyond’s Brixton Academy</b> show. The vinyl package includes the extended mix and a high-energy drum & bass rework from <b>J Majik and Wickaman</b>, famous for their remix of Deadmau5’s ‘I Remember'.
