This is sad to see though, I take it you have hit up Huhu and tried everything you can..?

Everytime I talked to them last year they told me the accountant has to get the figures blah blah and I should give them more tracks etc.... so got sick of it don't think I heard from this year until couple months back I told a dj that I'm not attending the events he was inviting me to that had them on the bill because I hadn't seen anything from them. Then within ten minutes after I told that dj I get a message from A on June 15th.
"Paul mentioned your post. a bit silly and immature mate. Technically after mastering and artwork costs your releases have not sold enough to break even. We will however forget about those costs and pay you royalties that have come in which i think is around about $100. Can you please email me so i have your email. I will email you back amount when i get that from accounts girl today. I will then require an invoice and your bank details

Ok, so what the problem is then is a lack of communication? If they had kept you in the loop as to what was going on perhaps it need not have come to this?

Its funny, this is something I have been dealing with lately, had people spoken up and kept the comms open, frustrations need not arise. Take note all you 3 people in the house forum, dealing with stuff 'later' or not at all creates upset and sometimes public lashings.

Not at all public airing of these matters brings awareness to others. People that keep quiet about it only let it happen to someone else.
If you run a label it is a business so any lack of communication falls on them. Emailing them twice a week with no replies till weeks later at best isn't how you run any business. First he's saying there is no money owing but that there is money owing?
This label has been getting props from people when it shouldn't be period.

Sick of emailing you I know you come on here.
He messages me about sorting with an account then an ird number then an invoice every time something new then he emails saying he put it in my bank and what do you know it's not. And now he doesn't reply to emails.
