rough, vadz. My squatting ability is lacking, I've had similar problems before almost falling over at the bottom of the squat, it's not much fun. My flexibility & strength is making full squats below parallel difficult at the moment, so I've gone back to leg press for a while.
I'd finished the actual exercise, it was just trying to hook the bar back in. They call them safety machines or something but personally I think they make it more dangerous as you have to do a little twisting motion to get the hooks back in.
Anyway STILL SORE AS FUCK!!
