Motivation

Hey just curious on what keept u guys motivated when u learing how to mix? cause it takes alot of time, patience & practice. For myself when i get disheartened i look at the picture of roger sanchez on my wall for inspirtation

other peoples mix cd's ie Jazzy M, our house, the re-mix cds etc. would quite like to here other leaner dj's mix cd's to see exactly how far i have to go (actually maybe not that could be quite dishartening). i find tho' i get really hyped up to have a crank then when i get on & 'mare a mix i get so fucken pissed - think i need a puching bag beside my lounge booth.

having something new to play always does it for me

or I get a random moment where I suddenly have a desire to listen to a couple of older songs

Mostly the tracks I'm playing...

Partially all the nights of research...

See, thats why I'd be nervous about getting decks. I'd never get off the damn things! Forget ever having a girlfriend... ha ha
