Most played out rhymes

i think the most played out rhymes would have to be:

"throw ur hands in the air, like u just dont care" (or variation of eg: "the motherfucking air")

"when we rock the mic we rock the mic right"
(or variations of)


These rhymes have been in too many ch0ons, i cant stand when i hear them now.. any others??

or, "this is a freestyle verse, unrehearsed" - when it so is! Oldest trick in the book lol

Thats an obvious one, I can probably come up with some more given a bit of thought..

interesting to note the instigation of these licks the first two definately can be accredited to the originators, G. flash and the sugarhill gang and i have a a very strong suspicion that the third is theirs as well...... so every body say hey, ho, hey, ho ..... you get the idea!
