Alex Wurz is kicking ass in the Williams test car during practice, with Alonso not far behind.

Schumy is 15th at last look... Quali starts tomorrow night pretty much right after the end of the super 14 final.

Finally F1 has shown some initiative.

Tonight's race will be contested with Alonso sarting on pole and Michael Schumacher starting from dead last on the grid despite him actually posting the fastest time.

Schumy, in a blatant cheating attempt nailed pole late in the last quali session and then, on his in-lap when Alonso was absolutely nailing it on his quali-lap deliberately locked his brakes and stalled on the track, which brought out the yellow 'caution' flags.. ruining anyone still racing's chance of a good time.

Schumy denied it but the FIA demanded Ferraris telemetry data which all-but proves he locked his brakes deliberately miles from any usual braking zone. They have also added to their ruling Ferrari will have NO opportunity to appeal the ruling as it is so clear cut.

All I can say is.. what a fucking wanker. He has cheated on a number of times including in 1997 when he rammed another car to deny them any chance of out-scoring him in a race late in the season. This is just yet another demonstration of his arrogance why he will never be revered in the same way that Senna etc are.

So glad to see the FIA stand up to Michael.

It was blatant cheating, respect his driving prowess, but he has done things like this too many times, Adelaide '94, Jerez '97.

RobW you are right he will never be a Senna to me, he will also never be a Senna cos Schumi will retire, not have his career/life cut terribly short.

Love the Redbull humour of the cape and Klien's overalls.

Kimi and Webber must be gutted. Kimi was a bit ragged but I do think he would have pulled away from Alonso had he been able to get clear track.
