mid 90's BMW

I really want one, but know nothing about them, all I have heard is there are some models to avoid.
Am looking at something 2.5lt or less and about 6 - 8k .. or am I wasting my time ?

or maybe a Merc 190E ?

i got a 92 325i last year and love it. cost me 8 grand. parts arent any more or less expensive than a jappa ive found. not that ive had to do muchto it. only thing is, its a bit thirsty on the gas.

try to get a NZ new, they are often more reliable, although jap imports are about 20% cheaper...

you reckon 170 -190 km would be to high for something like a '94 325i ?

not really, but thats a little high for a purchase cause how long will it last?? You wanna find one with about 120...

Think I'll falg this scheme for a while in favour of getting a Jappa...

a euro for under 10k is a waste of time, better to land yourself a good reliable honda or toyota... will last longer

For real dawg, we had a dyno day last weekend. I almost blew my car up running 26PSI!! ha one of my ignition coils crapped out and caused the car to overheat. Its ok now... our next drive is on 31st march, but ill be in Fiji. Bugger!

bugger that boost, my cars running 5psi - factory is 9psi lmao. Gettin it fixed in about 4 weeks hopefully. Theres also a drag day @ meremere next weekend, Saturday 14th - $40 for car entry (VHT prepped drag strip & burnout pad) or free spec entry, preferably donations at the gate though! My mate from eurosport is comin to watch, think a few of the other eurosport boys will be comin along with him as well.
