Microsoft pushing Bing on Hotmail

So, Microsoft is pushing hundreds of millions of people on Hotmail (~350m) to use Bing. If you're the EU or anyone else that provides email, this is when you kick up a fuss and start an Anti-trust case.

What about google offering gmail then? Or yahoo mail with yahoo search?

I'm just trying to understand your point before I offer anything. Personally I see nothing wrong with offering your services on the same web page as a service that you already offer, even if the existing service is in a monopoly position. Hopefully it got there by being good at what it does, and hopefully the services you offer will either do well or fail on the same criteria.

I thought he was taking the piss? MS doesnt have a monopoly position on webmail or search engines.

I know, that's why I don't get it... It's not about MS, or about any company offering bundled services/products.

They don't have a monopoly on browsers either...
