Well you may have heard the rumours or you may not have but yes its true, the newest record store to open in New Zealand opens this Tuesday afternoon, 31 May. For the DJ Lowpass Records will specialize in fresh vinyl, stocking Drum n Bass, House, Hip Hop and Battle Weaponry with of course an emphasis on the newest breaks cuts from across the globe. We will also be building up an extremely comprehensive range of accessories for the bedroom AND working DJ alike. On Tuesday we will see the latest UK breaks cuts. On Wednesday we will be landing the freshest stateside breakbeat monsters, tunes that have been inaccessible in NZ stores for a couple of years now, and the first of our weekly Drum n Bass orders. For the punter we will ensure our shelves are loaded with a great range of compilation CDs and artist album CDs.

We are located in the shop that you may have known previously as Play Records in the little mall between the yummy bakery and the Vodafone store.
