The sacking of Robbie Deans as Aussie coach.

Errrr... Are you not the same Chris Rattue who told us Deans should have been coach of the All Blacks? Wasn't Deans the best coach in the country? When Graham Henry was reappointed, weren't you loud in your condemnation of the NZRU for letting Deans go?

The thing is Aussie's problems seem to be down to the players rather than the coaches, the fact is Aussie have aout 10 players who are test quality, which means there's no depth thus the quality players aren't worried about losing their spots if they don't play well.

Two completely seperate issues with a pretty teneous link. That was then and this is now. Great players make great coaches. Whose to say Deans wouldnt have done a great job with the AB's?
