Logic tutor wanted..

Hey is there anybody out there that would do tutoring for learning how to use logic.

6 months(ish) self-taught... doing an SAE course too but it's not really cutting it.

If anybody could or knows of anyone that does let me know!

MAINZ Apple LOGIC8 SHORT COURSE

This short course covers the basic elements of creating music and recording/editing MIDI music data and audio tracks in Apple’s Logic Studio.

The course begins with the fundamentals of digital audio/MIDI workstations and develops into knowledge of techniques that will allow the user to perform useful recordings in Logic plus develop a creative process. There will also be tips on good recording techniques and appropriate equipment selection.

Topics
• Exploring Logic’s interface. Basics of MIDI, virtual instruments and digital audio. Recording MIDI. Using loops.
• The Logic environment and setting up your virtual studio. Editing midi. Recording and editing audio.
• Intermediate recording and editing techniques. Screen sets. Recording midi and audio. Creating Apple loops.
• Advanced techniques, tricks and tips.
NB The course is based around Logic Studio 8 on Mac, but this course might be useful to people using other versions of Logic, including Logic Express.
Cost: $140.00 incl GST
Date: 12 and 13 July 2008
Hours: 9.30 am to 4.00 pm (half hour for lunch)

saweet, I have done one of these courses at MAINZ with Zed, would really love a medium level course too now that I'm getting a few tools under my belt and using the keys a lot more to speed up the work process.
