Lavea vs. the Lions, aka hah!

So if any of you Lavea haters got the chance to watch the Blues vs Lions, I hope you've changed your tune.

Lavea was fucking brilliant. Awesome cutout passes, superb inside balls, excellent bombs and even good kicking for touch. He made a couple of good hits on defence too, and although he was quiet running the ball I thought he was the best player on the field.

It was also good to see Rokocoko showing a bit of speed again as well. That late try - admittedly vs. forwards - still required good explosion off the mark. He's never had a problem with strength, but his recent bulking up has reduced his speed and it's a fine sign for the ABs that he's back.

Anyway, haters bow the fuck down.

An ok performance. He needs to harden the fuck up tho.

Rattue is a legend, he may be slightly optimistic in his assesment here but lavea is laso way too maligned in relation to his abilities/performances

I'm not a huge Lavea fan but would take him 100 times out of 100 over Gopperth.
