hello everyone, just thought i'd share with you a video from the gig at lanes last sat. man what a night. def one of the best venues in welly for a dance party.

Not having a go or anything, but could that video be anymore fake than it is? Just get footage of the 5 or so hottest girls that are there and keep using it over an over??? and film them in diff places around the venue once or twice

I don't know, reckon he has a pretty good point...you're trying to hype the venue, yet sweet fuck all of that video shows what the venue has to offer, brief shots of the DJ booth and that's it.

Plus DnB track when it's plainly obvious no one is dancing to DnB...no one even looks remotely like a DnB person...bet it was top 40's + electro pop crap

Your right, however Wellington is such a small place, it would be nice to join together to create a better nightlife for all.

I'm just not sure why people would rip apart a very successful event that they didn't go to. A little hard to swallow.

god, if only it were that simple!! people will continually look down their noses at things they deem beneath them. i watched the video and it did look a little staged, but i think thats the camera as opposed to the venue set up..?

regardless, everyone looked like they were having a great time. biggup whoever put it on, variety is the spice of life and its fantastic to see people thinking outside the square and putting on parties that arent rooted in darkened clubs.

i think its great to see people getting out there and promoting what they love. god knows us oldies cant keep doing it forever!
