I like Basement Jaxx - Romeo, when i 1st heard it on the radio i thought it was cheddar but after hearing it on a big rig my opinion changed.
Sure it is fairly lightweight fare but the production is right on the money imho
However Jamiroquai is another matter. This is the same guy who tried to block the release of the MAW remix of Emergency On Planet Earth coz he didn't like house music. Now he's jumping on the bandwagon trying to boost his flagging career. His steez is weak.
Superman Lovers is just generic disco house which i neither like or find offensive.

let's face it ... recording corporations got clued on to the popularity of house years ago and adjusted their products to suit the changing demographics.

it's still pop regardless of it's roots in house.

as for me, i can admit to not owning any of it.

Who's heard the Miguel Migs remix of Britney Spears Slave 4 U? OK, maybe he just did it for the money, but he's done a nice job. Anyway, a bit of pop never goes astray.
