i get too see him FINALlY two nights later in melbs.
saw him asleep on a couch once in NYC a year or so ago, missed his set tho.

everyone i know who has seen him rates him real fuckin high. dont miss this!

Havent scoped his latest albums but I got alot of his choons at home - he's done some phat collaborations with artists like N'dea Davenport and stuff ... YAYYYYYY! Can't wait to see Krush!

the new album is okish. not as good as previous works.
it has some realy wicked tracks (including one with sly and robbie) but some patchy ones as well, ones that don't contain that slick krush groove as much as his older works.

hey bn1 your cd should be on its way soon, i have been real slow, had too many gigs on my plate plus to many kiwis showing up on my doorstep getting me drunk and in trouble.

Whats everyones favourite Krush track? Mine has to be 'Kemuri'. You might know it, its a real nice dark instrumental tune.

yeah bro 'kemuri' is dope, i have it on an old mowax 12" with dj shadows 'zimbabwe legit' on the flip...hmmmm.... have you heard the version off his mix cd 'code 4109' were he scratches up some japanese classical track over the top of it... amazing.

his callabo wit shadow 'duality' and
'only the strong survive' from mieso.
'final home' is wicked too with that lady vocalist whose name iv forgotten.

i have the same problem - I love all my genres but don't wanna overload on one particular genre so that the others suffer - therefore gonna have to have a nice smattering of dnb and hip hop gigs to attend

house gigs are on the backburner tho - theres too many good hiphop/triphop/dnb gigs coming like krush, de la, beat junkies, bad company, K&D (oh my god!!) and Massive Attack .....

info from australian promoters website, they'r called agent mad. do lots of big name tours of a number of genres, their website tour stuff is always pretty damn accurate as to whose coming when.
i dont think K&D will be crossing to nz tho, i just hope its not on here in melbs when i'm back in NZ.
