Kingsland Electro Tour '05:

Dj Randomplay takes the Kingsland Electro on tour in 2005, teaming up with locals
around the country
to bring ya the best in breaks, electro and dirty house from Aotearoa and around the
world.

Very nice tournouts for the first three gigs. Great to see that there is a wicked crew in
Wanaka that were really hyped about letting us know how many peeps down there liked
the Kingsland Electro Compilation and were diggin all the tunes. Beautiful backdrop
scenery and an encouraging night at Apartment One.

Wickedly supportive atmosphere in Q’Town with total lack of pretention - a really
conducive enviroment for creativity.

Off to Dunners with relatively no sleep, a bumpy bus
ride didn’t help either - but once arrived, settled straight into some street busking dj-style
outside Cheapskates on the main drag.

Dunners was the most
well-attended of the three gigs, and enthused punters enjoyed the sounds of Antiform’s
remix of Lock and Load (which went down well on bnet Radio One earlier in the night
too) and loads of other local and international beats.
