Drumandbass.co.nz & Syndrome Audio present the 2nd installment of Keynote. Dose and Teknik are flying up from Christchurch to showcase their productions along with the freshest beats from the best producers in New Zealand and around the world. Its Dose’s last gig in New Zealand before he leaves these shores to live overseas, its drumandbass.co.nz’s 5th birthday party and ontop of that its a Syndrome Audio showcase night!! Dose Bio:

In 2007, Christchurch based Dose burst into the international drum & bass scene with a string of well received releases. Now 2 years and over 20 international releases later, Dose is fast proving himself as not only one of New Zealand's leading solo drum & bass artist's but one of the rising stars of the drum & bass scene worldwide.

Dose's productions cover a wide range of the drum & bass spectrum, from the harder hitting edge to the softer, deeper and more melodic side in which his dj sets portray. Dose’s tunes have been picked up and supported by a wide range of established international artist such as Break, Friction, Survival, Shimon, State of Mind, The Upbeats and many more.

Building on his already extremely successful discography including high profiled releases on labels including Klutes Commercial Suicide, Syndrome Audio, Red Light, Revolution recordings, Aesthetics, Nightfall, Citrus Recordings, Horizons Music, Full force, Samurai Music and Cyanide recordings, 2009 sees a large list of solo records and collaborations with artist's including Menace, Teknik, Bulletproof, Blackplanet, Trei and Vicious circle which have been snapped up on some of the world’s finest and most well respected labels including Critical Music, Renegade Hardware, Cyanide Records, Citrus recordings and more.

With a debut album set for 2010 an ever busy dj schedule across Australasia and the world, Dose has fast become not just one of New Zealand's hardest working Dj/Producers but one of the world’s finest djs and Producers.

Teknik Bio:

Whether it's through his productions or DJ sets, dancefloors across the world are increasingly coming under the influence of Teknik's sound.

A local of Christchurch, New Zealand, Teknik has been making his presence known both as a solo artist and frequent collaborator with the The Upbeats, Bulletproof, Dose, Menace, Trei and Cern.

These productions have seen releases on labels from Renegade Hardware and Resolute to Soul:R and Samurai, with DJ support coming from many of Drum & Bass' biggest names including Ed Rush & Optical, Klute, Gridlok and Noisia.

While many producers make lackluster DJs, this couldn't be further from the truth for Teknik. He is renowned for his energetic and varied sets and has headlined gigs across Australia and New Zealand.

With a plethora of new releases forthcoming on some of the biggest labels in Drum & Bass, 2010 looks to be Teknik's biggest year yet.
