Well, slowly but surely the summer seems to be on its way, and for many that can mean only one thing - Ibiza! And of course, no trip to Ibiza would be complete without visiting the legendary We Love… parties on Sundays at Space. The line-ups this year are bigger than ever, with old favourites and fresh talent alike. Click the link below for details of the line-ups this summer, and watch out for an exclusive competition for VIP packages to Ibiza, coming soon on Myspace!

Yes it's going to be another immense summer - good to see you Kiwis have got the stamina to go the distance! Not all the dates are 100% confirmed yet so keep checking back to the We Love... site (click link in first post) where you can also sign up to the newsletter (this is the best way to get the latest news). Or check out the myspace: www.myspace.com/welove_music

In terms of the music policy, there is more techy stuff, breaks etc this year, I reckon it's good they are diversifying a bit. Still plenty of house though - the likes of Groove Armada, Ralph Lawson, DJ Sneak and plenty more! What do you think?

The one time we went to Space was for CArl Cox on Tuesday night. He played two sets, one onthe Terrace and one in the mainroom. On two CDJs, three decks and a drum machine, amazing! One of the best nights clubbing ever. Walking along the beach back to our apartment at 5am was fantstic, people shagging on top of the stacked up sun loungers!

Here is a link to the line up this year, it's a pop up so it might work it might not

http://www.carlcox.com/news/popup.php?id=148

Here's a cut and paste of the line up and blurb as well.
Carl Cox is joined throughout July, August and September by an untouchable line-up, including Detroit techno pioneer Derrick May, Drum and Bass innovator Goldie and the unique musical figure that is Green Velvet. Carl’s season on the Island in ’06 even won him the esteemed ‘Best Ibiza Club Night’ at the Ibiza DJ awards. A sure indication of how the night has progressed over the years and of course, the direction it is heading.

“This year I’m double excited about my season at Space, as not only has the venue got better, but our line up is the best yet - I can’t wait. I’ve been on a little vacation so I’m totally rearing to rip it up!” Carl on Space ‘07

** Cristians Birthday celebration

Marking Carl’s sixth season at Space, the night needs little introduction and needless to say the line up and venue speak for themselves. Following Carl’s first season at Space in 2002, each summer has seen the parties recognised as some of the most interesting and exciting the island has to offer, not least for the adventurous, forward-thinking line-up on offer. Due to Carl’s highly involved and passionate role as promoter, programmer and host, each year has seen a growth and progression from the last - continued improvements to production, sound, lighting and the variety of guests has seen the nights go from strength to strength. Again the music will span across the 3 main rooms at Space with the start of the night being kicked off by the Angels of Love from Italy in the ‘Sunshine Terrace’ who will be joined early on by Carl. The Inside Terrace and the Main Inside room both kick off at midnight with their respective guests as mentioned above. What really sets this night apart from the rest this year, are the extra ‘terrace sets’ being provided by the likes of Danny Tenaglia, John Digweed and Laurent Garnier (who, amongst others in the line-up, decided this would be their only gig in Ibiza this year!)
