I'm not really into wasting money/mucking around.. especially when all this probably 3k.
Please don't take this the wrong way, I don't know you from a bar of soap, but for the last year or so (?) you have been posting heaps about how you are getting on top of your health, yet it seems it's just a way to justify that you haven't properly committed to anything.
If you are failing at self motivation, then the chances of bouncing back to bad after JC are around 100%.
You need to find that part of you that really wants to change and become healthy (which doesn't equal thin, JC crap is like mcdonalds, and it won't make you healthy on the inside).
A good nutritionist will help - and a good exercise regime will help. Together. You can't remove the two, they are inextricably linked. Just like your mindset.
You don't need much time to get healthy, each time you eat a chicken salad over a sandwich you win. Each time, your body is getting healthier.
Just like your mind. Each time you make a decision to do something good, your mind gets healthier, and so, just like a good healthy body, you will feel and act healthy.
This then just naturally flows onto looking good etc etc.
My calculations for peak performance:
$300 initial nutritional advice.
$25 per week exercise ($1300 per year)
$200 follow up in a few months for nutritional update
So that's $1800 for your 'kickstart' year. Sweet fuck all for an amazingly healthy body.
Your daughter will love the fact that you are feeling on top of the world, and that you are able to maintain healthy lifestyle throughout your life together, just as much as you will feel great that you offer her healthy and nutritious meals and make HER healthy too, which, after all, is priceless.
Get smiling, cos that's the first step.
