Oh and hey in the marathon yesterday did a 3.47 came in 4th women, it was a shit day with wind, rain and sand hmmmmm, and OMG how hard it was on the body, could bearly walk after I crossed the finish line. hmmm when can I run again (I say to myself). Swam today and think I might do the same tomorrow, might try the bod for a run on Wed .
