Ja Rule... 2Pac wannabe?

Well I've been a listening to some of his stuff and he ain't too bad but I kinda noticed he's "adapted" some of the late 2Pac's (RIP) qualities... Like his voice, clothes, etc... Or is it just the Thug Style he's trying to portray? Whats ur view on Ja Rule?

Well I always got Ja Rule and DMXs voices mixed up. I guess he's alright.

Nah i think that its DMX that has been hyped up more to be the next 2pac. But i don't think that DMX can rap for shit, seems to be short of breath and he can't rap fast. Ja Rule is not as hardcore with gansta style, hes got more of a bouncy style to his music and more mainstream.

Ive always said DMX, maybe its cos he rolls with Ruff Ryders and the whole NYC thing but I wouldn't consider DMX or JA RULE as the cream of the crop when it comes to hiphop.

I don't understand peoples obsession with Tupac. Maybe cause I wasn't into hiphop at the time he was around but his stuff never really does much for me.

Was a devoted fan when I first heard his California love cassingle with 3 other good songs in it like How do u want it, 2 of america's most wanted and hit'em up... Classic tape and a good bad boy dissing song... Listen to Hitemup if ya wanna hear angry music... I don't think he would go wit J-lo tho (IF HE WAS STILL ALIVE) as she was Puffy's gf, and 2pac REALLY hated da bad boy crew....
