for me i know im too young but why can i get a pretty yellow band or sumthing to say that im not 18?
i mean i go harder then anyone and i dont fit in with the youngsters

i think they should let us in because they would get more money

but on the other hand....older people dont want youngsters crowding up their space....but i think the yellow glow band thing should be a good idea for big dance parties!!!! coz im soooooo desperate to go!
[quote]
hehe yeah i know how you feel. glow band is a good idea but then everyone will just get one so yeah. you can always just get sum fake ID. oh well i only got 2 years to wait.
[quote]
how old r u?
[quote]
yea fake ID's are quite easy to get but u gotta get a good one, i dunno if i wanna risk it though i only got 2 more years to wait as well so i dont really wanna get busted or anything.

it's really not that great u know.
only the big events go off and even then everyone is so much older than u so it's harder to mingle etc and everyone's so big hehe. and these events take alot off the old bank account aswell!
go to a to mean all ages event like lagered or brain. u'll c that the atmosphere is soo cool in comparison to some of the r18 events.
[quote]

[quote]
hehe sorry golfpunk Smile

R18 and All Ages are both quite different. Different atmosphere, different type of people, different attitudes etc. Generally you get a better buzz out of an all ages crowd, but R18 crowds tend to get more 'into' a gig. They appreciate the music more as a rule, where it seems most all agers go for a place to meet new all agers ;D No insult to the passionate dance music types in here.
[quote]
too true dr.j
that's quite right. i'd say the majority of the r18 crowd love the music and go for the love of the music. and the all ages crowd, i wouldn't think that most of them love the music as much, but go more, cause it's something to do, meet new people, girls Razz.
[quote]
Biker that is sooo true.I my self live in the 03,and there is f**k all all age events in the 03!And I am only 13 (such a tender age, hehe)so I have another 5 years of hell.Come on Ch-Ch get something going!
[quote]
Very true Dr. J
All ages gigs have a great vibe.
A very friendly feeling you get the moment you walk in the door, at central its like cheers "you know everybodys name" and i lurve that. But at an r18 gig the music is the focal point, the punters ARE taken on a ride by it, so when the music is not going anywhere neither is the crowd but when the right song is dropped at the right time the atmosphere is electric. Very Happy One thing which i lurve. Another thing is the "right" song doesnt have to be a commercial hit, like barthezz it just has to serve its purpose in the night.

if they do get underage gigs going down there, doesnt mean its gonna be good, we have zeal in Wellington, its shit no one goes!!!
i think 16 would be a better age to have gigs at rather than 18
[quote]
only thing i know about down here is destination but thats in march and isnt really in chch. Yea a R16 event would be quite kool.
[quote]
