25 heat!?

It's cooler, sure, but that's a bit extreme! I still wore a t-shirt and jandals to work today.

Very Happy

[quote]
First day this summer I haven't sat on the left of the bus to avoid the sun and heat that streams in from the right, much colder than normal today. Sad Get away winter!

I reckon, not looking forward to winter at all... Yes it's only Auckland winter but I haven't had one for about a year and half so it's going to suck.

I'll give you shroom season and boarding. The rest is ridic. Heat is replaced by wind and rain so it's not like you can walk around anyway, and summer is not to blame for your lack of fitness!

I guess how much one could enjoy the cooler/colder weather is also dependent on how much natural insulation one has.Razz

Basically winter is restrictive and mostly crap. There are a few little things that make it bearable, but ultimately it's complete poo.

Also, the air-conditioning of the koru lounge didn't adequately transition my carefully moisture-balanced skin from the a/c of the town care to the airline atmosphere. Hardly a first world problem, I imagine it's much worse in the BA Lounges of central Africa.
