iPhone SDK

So anyone else had a crack at writing some iPhone software yet? I've been working on a cool little project, going to be a classic when it's finished. You guys will love it.

Fukin crazy learning curve over the last month thou - considering I didn't know C, Objective C, much at all about object orentated programming, and nothing about programming on macs! haha

You're writing it to go on the App Store? Would be really interested how you getting on with Apple's QA for that...

I'm having a play with the Symbian SDK at the moment...

I have little to no programming skills so this will be a pretty decent learning curve.

Yeah would be cool to get it on the app store, but if they don’t want me, fuk em, I’ll put it on the installer instead.

Can't give away much detail because some speed coder might come along and nick my idea, but will let you know when it’s ready for testing.

I did end up making a couple games btw
My original idea for a game is still pending due to difficulties making decent graphics but I have made another two in the mean time.

Made these 3 or more months ago, Apple takes forever to review and approve apps, it's a real pain in the arse haha. Was a serious fricken learning curve getting this far considering I had no prior knowledge of the frameworks, Objective-C, C, or... even object orientated programming at all actually!! haha
