Im Sick :-(

For those who know me you will all be saying yeah we know hes a sick in the head but i woke up this morning to the nastiest headache and flemiest throat ever ! Yucky !

At least you didnt get sick during the holidays, making it uncertain as to whether you could go to lightspeed (or Slinky in your case)... And then get put on medication that you were unsure you could mix with your last(kind of) big drug outing. Cos that would suck ay....

Well ive just woken up after 7 hours of sleep throughout the day, still feel like shit but atleast i didnt have to go to work

Poor exodus... I would do this: garlic oil tabs (3000mg approx) x2 before bed + no milky drinks or juice as they make the body too flemy (sp!?) HEAPS of water and soup - light fresh foods if you can manage (a banana is ideal) and disprin if you have it: tummy won\'t digest panadol caps etc once you already have a headache....then sleep sleep and sleep some more!

If I had already met ya a few times I would bring you chicken soup! (don\'t call me mother t for nothing...) :0)
