Ideas to make the Scene Grow

Look i know that the all agers scene has a problem.....not enough costumers.

but if we give some of them ideas in what they could do in boosting the crowds then we will too be great ful

Now i just think that they should do a deal...dress nice and u get 2 dollars off or bring 3 friends u get half price... i mean it could work coudlnt it?

more flyers maybe? more Big nites? and less little nites?

more big nites that are diffrent, like having some out door events there always fun, or offering sum smart rewards card where each time u go to a party u get it stamed and the 10th time is half price or free or sumthing. but year bring 3 mates and get a discount could deffently work.

i think that advertising is the key, and by talkin it up...just look at zeesh, massive turnout, advertising on mai, zm and more fm i think,
most of em woulda been casual ravers, not bother goin to weekly things, so yeah few high quality big nites is more likely to gather a bigger customer base.
dont worry about the scene, after every recession comes a BOOM !

where are you holding your parties? I wouldn't try advertising on zm unless you've got a heap of money to throw at a party. Spend alot of time on production as well as advertising

i think do what industry parties do
just hold a massif party once a month. and get a super turnout for that
and actually have free burn giveaways like the flyer said etc

bringing new people into the scene. invite some friends who have never been to a rave before. and then they will like it. ANd then next time they will invite their friends. and etc etc it grows and grows... We just have to convert them.

Bring Friends along..I try to bring a couple along with me when i go...and try them to bring there friends..it can be quite hard they're totally glued onto what they like...

There aren't n e LIL nights any more...not rave nites any way..its all Hip Hop and stuff which seems to be pumping with numbers.....

I look forward to rave events now..if there was something every weekend i would prolly get sick of everything..and there wouldn't be something to look forward to..But yeah a monthly thing would be great!

I guess its harder to put on all age gigs..cos u wont get the crowds u would as in a +18 event. i guess its mainly promotion thats important thats why events like The Brain and Largered (when it was all ages) were so popular

i dont think the all age market can afford to get bigger without more kids being inducted into the scene.
those under the age of 18 have at best part time jobs and at worst no money whatsoever.

therefore theres gonna be a limit to what they can put into the scene in disposable income as compared to someone with a fulltime job, or someone like me borrowing huge amounts of money on my student loan as "living costs".

getting more people out there seems to be the best way of improving the scene
