You're getting 2 front bumpers?

I take it you're getting 1 front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper lip for $999. am I right?

But yeah the $300 to $500 for fitting and paining looks good and the prices look about right too. Where abouts are you getting it from?

I found them on trademe... and it had their website www.bodykit.co.nz

make sure (if you can) dont go the fibre glass route. it just becomes a big pain in the ass. The break / chip and generally dont fit properly. Plastic / Rubber kits are where its at. Also the paint doesnt fade / change colour

I do believe these are fibreglass bodykits but it might pay to check with bodykit.co.nz

My experience with fibreglass is not good but these should fit really well as they are made properley.

The problem with fibreglass is that it is very rigid and doesnt flex when it is hit or scraped. If you are carefull you might be lucky but your front lip will be lower now and its very easy to hit curbs and scrape on driveways.

If it is painted properley it shouldnt chip easily but really it all comes down to how carefull you are with it. You just have to be more carefull with fibreglass.

But there is really no other option at a reasonable price unless you get a second hand genuine evo 1,2,3 body kit for it. But even then it might not be as cheap.

Sorry for hijacking but does anyone know where to source a RC bumper for a 1990 Toyota Celica GT-Four? Theres always genuine but Toyota aren't the cheapest when it comes to parts. Especially ex JAPAN!

you should look at the celica supra kit, my mate got one for $1500, front & rear bumpers, sideskirts & spoiler. looks much more mint than the standard Smile
