Go to View Preferences and upload a avatar...

find an image u would like,

it has to ben smaller then 100x100 and less than 20bytes

If u are unable to re-size it, email it to me and i can do it for u on photoshop.

then open up ur preferences (under ur login) and down the bottom is the Load Avatar option.

Just go into "View Preferences" (on the top right of the screen) and its right down the bottom of that page
